) I have a java application deployed on oracle application server, I want only priviledged users to view it?
A)
1)Log into oracle portal
2) Create a dynamic portal page, this page will have all the icons/items which will be links to diff applications
3) Open this dynamic page in edit mode
4) In a portal region create and item
5) drag and drop an image/simple type some text as link.
6) when u create this item it as for priviledge, you can assign specific group to this application
7) When any user belonging to this group logs in he sees this application.
